Develop a pipeline of potential opportunities for investment .
• Maintain momentum of new business development by sourcing new opportunities for the Private Equity business to expand and grow.
• Sponsor transactions through approval and due diligence process to closing.
• Structure transaction to effect most efficient capital cost.
• Undertake negotiations with the seller.
• Prepare and make presentation to Investment Committee/Board as required.
• Execute completion of approved transactions.
• Take responsibility for ongoing management of acquired assets.
• Ongoing performance reporting.
• Development of ongoing investment plans.
